据NaturalGasAsia网站3月2日消息，业务主要分布于中亚与里海的特提斯石油有限公司周一宣布，已经与中国石油签订谅解备忘录。
该公司称，与中石油签订备忘录将探索双方在天然气与原油输送方面建立长期互惠合作关系的可能性。
特提斯公司执行总裁约翰·贝尔表示：“与中石油签订谅解备忘录让我们迈出了在不断发展的中国市场销售天然气的关键一步。”
特提斯公布补充称，即将进行哈萨克斯坦的AKK14与AKK15气井维修，预计在2015年二季度投产，产量将按计划提高到5.7亿立方米/天。

Tethys Signs MoU With PetroChina for Oil, Gas Deliveries
Central Asia and Caspian focused Tethys Petroleum Limited on Monday announced it has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PetroChina.
The MoU signed with PetroChina would explore the feasibility of a long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation in natural gas and crude oil deliveries, the company said.
John Bell, Executive Chairman of Tethys, said: “The signing of the MoU with PetroChina is another key step toward selling gas into the growing Chinese market.”
Tethys added that in Kazakhstan work is about to commence on the AKK14 and AKK05 workovers which are anticipated to be brought on stream in second quarter of 2015 and increase production to a planned level above 570 mcm/day.
