[Dow Jones] A Singapore fuel oil trader says with Brent oil around $50 a barrel now, buyers are likely to scale back their buying until more clarity emerges on the supply outage situations around the world. He said at $50, oil is still cheap compared to when it was above $100. However, people are worried prices might dro once the supply outages are resolved, especially since there is every indication OPEC players will keep producing at or faster than their current rate. He estimates oil prices will stay in the $50 range at least until the end of the year.
