    交货地点：天津塘沽买方指定地点（境内货物） / CIF天津新港（境外货物）                                                                                                          

    2.资格标准：                                                                                                                 

    投标人所投产品必须具有不少于2个项目中作为海上平台钻机或钻井船主用柴油发电机组（额定功率不低于1200kW，频率50Hz，喷油系统采用电子喷油单体），并成功运行2年以上的良好业绩，所提供机组能在钻井负载突变较大工况下使用，业绩中的柴油机品牌及成橇商应与本次投标产品的品牌及成橇商相同，须提供最终用户的验收报告及合同的复印件予以证明，招标人保留查验其原件的权利。                                                                       

    投标人为本项目选配的柴油机须满足IMO TierⅡ排放标准，并提供船级社的IMO TierⅡ证书予以证明，不接受仅提供排放数据的测试报告。                                                                                 

    柴油发电机组采用海水冷却型，设计为海上平台使用，应取得COOOSO批准的设备检验结构颁发的认证检验证书（证书包括发动机证书，发电机证书和发电机组证书）。                                                                                   

    3.有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：                                                                                                                                 

    从 2017年 1月 24日开始至 2017年 2月 6日止，在中国海油采办业务管理与交易系统（ https://buy.cnooc.com.cn/cbjyw eb/ ）购买招标文件（电子版）。投标人须在线填写购买招标文件登记表，并在线支付标书款至指定账户。     在线支付成功后，投标人可自行下载招标文件。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或300美元，售后不退。                                                                                               

    4.投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2017年2月20日13:30时（北京时间）前递交至北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦3层305室。                                                   

    5.开标时间：定于2017年 2月20日13:30时（北京时间）开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

    1. China National Offshore Oil Corp. Procurement Department Procurement & Tendering Centre and CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC China        Limited PENGBO Operating Company (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:                                                                                          

    Name of Goods: Main Diesel Engine Generator Skid (Power: 1200KW, 690V, 50Hz, electronic fuel injection monomer)                                                                                

    Q’ty: Eight（8）sets                                                                                                             

    Delivery Schedule:                                                                                                                        

    On or before September 30, 2017, Tanggu Site(from within PRC customs territory) or CIF Xingang(from outside PRC customs territory)                                                                                        

    2. Qualification Requirements:                                                                                                                

    Cast products by the bidder must have no less than two projects as an offshore drilling rig or drilling ship owners use diesel generator set with successfully run more than 2 years of good performance (no less than 1200     KW, rated power frequency 50 Hz, diesel engine fuel injection system should be electronic fuel injection monomer). The drilling rig must use in large drilling load mutation conditions. The brand of diesel engine in the performance and skid-mounted unit supplier must be as the same as this bid products brand and skid-mounted unit supplier. The bidder must provide the end user’s acceptance of the report and a copy of the contract. The tenderer reserves the right to check the original..                                                                            

    Diesel engine shall meet IMO TIER II emission standards and also provide classification of MIO TIER II certification. Noaccept only provide test report emissions data.                                                                             

    The Main Diesel Engine Generator Skid shall be cooled by sea water for offshore platform. The Diesel Engine Generator Skids from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO.
